The meat fajita dish is one of the most delicious fast and healthy meat dishes, and it is from the Mexican kitchen, very similar to the way to prepare chicken fajitas, the meat fajita is served with fried or boiled potatoes as a complete meal rich in nutrients, and it can be served in the form of a sandwich with mayonnaise. The ingredients for this recipe are simple and available in every home.

    Half a kilogram of veal or lamb (fillet, fattel)

    1 large white onion

    1 red pepper

    1 green pepper

    1 yellow pepper

    Meat marinade:

    Half a cup of water

    1 tablespoon white vinegar

    4 tablespoons of oil

    2 tablespoons of soy sauce

    Pinch of black pepper

    Pinch of smoked paprika

    Pinch of chili (red hot pepper)

    Salt, to taste

How to prepare

    We cut the meat into long thin strips

    Mix water, oil and soy. Vinegar and the rest of the spices together to make a homogeneous mixture.

    Season the meat with the previous mixture, cover and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

    Cut each of the colored peppers and onions into thin slices

    Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a deep frying pan

    Add pepper and onions and sauté them until they are slightly tender

    Add the meat and stir the ingredients together until the meat is brown

    Cover the pan and leave it on low heat for 10 minutes, until the meat is tender.

    Beef fajita is served with french fries, tortilla bread, avocado sauce or mayonnaise.
