Fajita is one of the Mexican dishes and is the most popular and desired by the majority. It consists of meat or chicken with vegetables, spices and hot sauce that the family will definitely love.

    For potato boats:

    5 sweet potatoes, peeled, halved and cut into the middle, boiled and semi-boiled

    Crushed cake

    Two eggs scrambled with salt, pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder

    For fajitas:

    Half a kilo of chicken breast, cut into small slices

    diced tomato

    Two green and red peppers, cut into small fingers

    large onion, chopped

    3 minced garlic teeth

    Salt, curry, pepper and paprika

    two tablespoons vinegar

How to prepare

    Season the chicken with salt, vinegar, pepper, paprika and curry, cover and leave for half an hour.

    In the meantime, we bring the previously prepared and boiled potatoes and start dipping them in dazzling eggs and then with crushed cakes and frying them like this until the whole quantity is finished.

    Then we put in a frying pan with oil and fry the onions, add the peppers and leave them until they wilt, then add the chopped tomatoes and garlic, add salt, pepper, paprika and curry, and finally add the previously marinated chicken, stir and leave them for a third of an hour until they are cooked.

    Now we start applying the ingredients. We put the potato boats in a tray and inside each boat the fajita stuffing and on their face we sprinkle mozzarella cheese and then we put them in the oven to brown from the top.

    In this way and the ingredients, our recipe has ended, a rich recipe that provides the body with fiber and some minerals it needs such as protein, copper and manganese, which in turn contribute to enhancing the strength of the body.
