Sweet potatoes with coconut is one of the rich and useful desserts for the digestive system, as it enhances the body's immunity. It is a mixture of mashed sweet potatoes mixed with milk and delicious and nutritious coconut.

    4 large sweet potatoes

    boiling water

    3 cups of liquid milk

    3 small spoons of butter

    5 tablespoons of sugar

    Half cup coconut

    Quarter cup of raisins


    Peel the potatoes, cut them into large cubes, and boil them in water until they are soft.

    After the halves are cooked, put them in a deep bowl and start mashing them.

    Gradually add milk to it, mashing to drink all the milk, then add sugar, coconut, raisins and butter and mix them well together.

    Grease the tray with butter and pour the mixture into it and bake it for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.

    After leveling, leave the dessert to cool, then cut it, so it is ready to be served.
