Grilled chicken breasts with sauce and cheese

Grilled chicken ingredients

    4 pieces boneless and skinless chicken breasts

    ½ teaspoon 7 spices

    ¼ teaspoon salt

    ¼ teaspoon black pepper

sauce ingredients

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    4 cloves minced garlic

    ½ kilo tomato juice

    2 tablespoons dried thyme

    ¼ teaspoon chili (optional)

    ½ cup fresh basil

    cup parmesan or mozzarella cheese

    How to prepare

        30 minutes

    Prepare the sauce, heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan over a medium heat, then add garlic and stir for a minute.

    Add the tomatoes, thyme and hot sauce in the pot, and leave it on the fire for ten minutes until the sauce boils, then add the basil, salt and pepper to taste.

    To prepare the chicken, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Put the chicken breasts in the oven tray.

    Season chicken with seven spices, salt and pepper.
