This is one of the recipes for making a tray of chicken in the oven with vegetables, but today the potato is the main vegetable with the chicken, along with some other vegetables that add a distinctive flavor.

    Teaspoon salt.

    2 tablespoons of tomato paste.

    4 tablespoons of olive oil.

    5 cloves of minced garlic.

How to prepare:

    Mix all the spices with oregano, olive oil, tomato paste, salt, hot sauce and vinegar, so the chicken marinade is ready.

    Put the chicken and all the vegetables in the tray and arrange them as you like, then pour the marinade over all the ingredients, mix them well so that it covers the entire amount, focusing on covering the chicken well.

    You can add a cup of water if you want to get soup from it, and add a little black pepper.

    Cover the tray with parchment paper and then with a layer of tin. The oven must be preheated to 200 degrees Celsius before placing the tray in it.

    Put the tray in the oven and it will need you for about an hour and a half, after the first quarter of an hour has passed, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Pour the seasoning over all the ingredients in the tray, then cover with tin foil and put in the oven.

    You must ignite the oven from the bottom and leave it for an hour and a half, and then from the upper side of it for a short period of time to brown only.
