Homemade Carrot Cake

 


  • Ingredients:

4 cups grated carrots

1 cup raisins

2 eggs


1 cups white sugar


1 cup of vegetable oil


1 tsp vanilla extract


1 cup crushed pineapple


2 cups all-purpose flour


1 tsp baking soda


1 tsp salt


2 tsp ground cinnamon


1 cup chopped walnuts


Method :

Step 1:


Combine grated carrots and brown sugar in a medium bowl,

for 50 minutes and add raisins.


Step 2:


Preheat the oven to 350°, With grease tray.


Step 3:


In a large bowl, mix together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and

Stir in the pineapple. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda,

salt, and cinnamon, sweetly stir into carrot mixture with the walnuts


Step 4:


Bake for 45 to 55 minutes Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
