* Ingredients: 4 people.

° 350g minced beef
° 1 bundle parsley
° 1 onion
° 20 g breadcrumbs
° pinch of nutmeg
° 3 tablespoons. hot ketchup
° 1 egg
° 1 c. Teaspoon salt
° pepper

* Preparation:

1.
Preheat oven 5/6 (175°C). Put the parsley and onions in a blender, chop for a few seconds and then add the white bread cut into small cubes. Mix for a few seconds.

2.
Seasoning meat with salt & pepper. Add ketchup, eggs and nutmeg. Mix for 5 seconds. Put the minced meat on a plate in the form of a loaf of bread or put it in a pan in the form of a loaf of bread. Put it in the oven for about 45 minutes.
