Pineapple Upside-Down Cake


The perfect cake to share with gourmets.

° 1 package pineapple slices (8 rings)
° 150 grams of sugar
° 150 grams flour
° 150 grams butter
° 3 eggs
° 1 sachet of dry yeast
° 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
° 150 grams of sugar

* Preparation
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Heat oven to 180 ° C. 
In a salad bowl, mix softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well with each addition.
Adding sift flour & baking powder and blend .
In a skillet, make the caramel: let the sugar dissolve (without water) and then caramelize. It should be nice amber.
Pour it into the mold and then tilt it to coat with the caramel. Add pineapple rings.
If you have any pineapple left, chop it into small pieces in the mixture.
Pour the cake mixture into the pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove the mold from the mould. You can soak it in the pineapple juice that you would get in a can of pineapple.
