Apple biscuits



200 gr ricotta

300 gr flour

200 gr butter

1 tbsp sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

200 gr sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg

3 apples


Dough: in a bowl mix ricotta, flour, butter, sugar and yeast. Knead the dough with your hands and form a homogeneous dough. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, mix sugar, cinnamon, and apples.

Roll out the dough and form discs, brush with an egg.

Stuffed with apples, close and pass the crescents in the mixture with cinnamon. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30-40 minutes.
