FRUIT PIZZA

Good Morning! We had a nice weekend with temps in the 80’s…it was a nice little break from the high 90’s…but this week looks hot again.  To be expected ….it’s Summer!

Sharing our recipe for Fruit Pizza….another good one for thr 4th! Have a wonderful day!

FRUIT PIZZA-

1 (16.5 oz) refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough

8 oz package cream cheese, softened

4 oz Marshmallow Cream

4 oz Whipped Topping, defrosted

1 tsp Farm Stand Pure Vanilla

FRUIT-

1/2 pint strawberries

1 mango

1 kiwi

1/3 cup fresh blueberries

1/3 cup fresh raspberries

LETS MAKE IT-

Preheat oven to 350F.

Press sugar cookie dough evenly onto a 9in springform pan.  Bake for 10-15 minutes, keep an eye on it- it should be lightly browned and not raw in the middle but do not over cook to crispy.  Remove from oven and let cool.

Add all of the frosting ingredients to a bowl and blend with a hand mixer till smooth. Frost desired amount on sugar cookie pizza, reserve any left over for a fruit dip snack later.

Cut fruit into small slices and add to the top evenly.

NOTES:  Use whatever you like and have on hand!  It's simple and kids make very good helpers throughout the process. Enjoy!

Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
