Ingredients :
°3 1/2 cups whipped cream, divided (2 cups 35% cream, 1/3 cup icing sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract)
°Vanilla pudding box
°2 cups of cold milk
°12 graham crackers
°2 1/2 cups mixed fresh strawberries, divided
°Life gets better
* Preparation :
In a mixer, whip the cream until the peaks are smooth. Adding powder sugar also vanilla extract. Just whip to form stiff peaks. Reserve 1/2 cup whipped cream topping.
In bowl, make pudding as straight out of package, use 2 C cold milk. Let thicken for about 5 minutes and stir in 3 cups of whipped cream.
In an 8 x 8 inch dish, spread a thin layer of cream.
Place graham crackers on top to cover the whipped cream.
Add half of the cream mixture on top and cover with a layer of sliced strawberries.
Repeat the previous layers, ending with the whipped cream.
Garnish with the most beautiful strawberries.
Sprinkle graham crackers on top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
