 Delicious penne stuffed with chocolate

 the ingredients:

 400gm chickpea

 30g sugar (1 tablespoon)

 1 large egg

 salt

 40g butter

 20g oil (2 tablespoons)

 

 15g baking yeast (1 tablespoon)

 190 g milk (1 and a quarter cup)

  vanilla

 To decorate:

 Apricot jam

 sugar

 Preparation We mix the ingredients completely, then let the dough rest for half an hour, then form it and let them ferment in order to ferment. Transfer them in hot oil so that they are browned. Stuff them with chocolate coating and then roll them in regular sugar, for health and contentment.
