Moscocho with yoghurt


 Moscocho yoghurt is light and irresistible ūüėč

 the ingredients

 A box of yoghurt (any taste)

 sugar box

 oil can

 milk carton

 4 eggs

 sweets yeast bag

 vanilla

 Rough grinding

 Preparation

 Separate the egg yolk from the white

 With an electric or hand mixer, beat the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and set aside

 Whisk the yolks with the sugar well, then add the yoghurt, then the oil, then the milk, the vanilla, then the yeast while continuing to beat and then the flour about 3 cans until the mixture becomes curdled, then clean the whites manually with slow mixing

 Pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven for about 35 minutes and serve cold

 I like the taste of chocolate, take a quantity of the mixture and add half a spoonful of cocoa, mix and empty the mold in the middle of the white cake

 It can be decorated with chocolate, glaze or any cream
