Sugar Cookie Cherry Cheese cake


Ingredients :


690g cream cheese

180g sugar

1 cda vanilla essence

1 tsp lemon juice

3 eggs


160g starch biscuits

80g melted butter

1/2 cdite of cinnamon


300 g of red fruits

200g sugar

1 lemon (juice)

Preparation :

For the stuffing, beat the cream cheese until well softened, gradually add the sugar on low speed. Add vanilla, lemon juice and eggs. Beat until completely incorporated. Beat the bottom of a detachable hoop shape with the cookie, cinnamon and butter mixture. Pour the stuffing in the form lined with dough. Cook at 150°C for 15 minutes, reduce to 100°C and cook for another 30 minutes. Leave to cool and take to the fridge.

For the syrup, put all the ingredients to simmer, always mixing. Let cook until you get a pasty consistency. Leave to cool and bathrobe in the blender. Green on cold cheesecake
