Grilled Chicken Wings



▢ 2 lbs chicken wings

▢ 5 tablespoons cornstarch

▢ 2 tablespoons cornflour

▢ 1 tablespoon brown sugar

▢ 2 teaspoons salt

▢ 1 teaspoon paprika

▢ 1` teaspoon onion powder

▢ 1 teaspoon garlic powder

▢ 1 teaspoon dried thyme

▢ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

▢ 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

▢ 2 tablespoons olive oil


Combine all the ingredients, besides the oil and chicken, in a small bowl.

Dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.

Place the chicken in a medium bowl and mix with spices and mix well.

When ready to grill, wipe down the grill with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking to the grill. Preheat it to medium heat.

Place chicken on the grill and let it grill for around 20-25 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes until they are golden brown.
