Berry Bliss Cream Cheese Coffee Cake Recipe


Servings: 8-10


Ingredients:


2 cups all-purpose flour


1 1/4 cups granulated sugar


3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened


1/2 cup cream cheese, softened


2 large eggs


1/4 cup milk


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 teaspoons baking powder


1/2 teaspoon baking soda


1/4 teaspoon salt


1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, drained)


1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)


Directions:


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.


In a large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.


Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.


Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.


Gradually mix dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, alternating with milk.


Fold in blueberries and lemon zest gently.


Pour batter into the pan, smoothing the top.


Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.


Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
